Establishment of marketing and distribution networks for both domestic and international markets shall be carried out through strategic alliances with established players. Market analysis, product branding, product diversification and product/market positioning shall be carried out to ensure that the product lines of KPNB are acceptable to the market. In the short-to medium-term basis, KPNB shall endeavour to work with existing wholesalers/retailers/distributors to establish a market presence and create brand awareness for KPNB’s seafood products.
